Happy Cinco de Mayo. PBS New Series – Oh Noah!

OH Noah! New PBS Series.

I grew up watching Sesame Street, MR. Rogers, Curious George, Thomas & Friends. They were the cartoons we used to watch all the time we learned from them they were something we looked forward when coming home from school. Technology has improved tremendously since then of course, that we now have some super cute amazing learning cartoons.

One of the latest cartoons, is Oh Noah! it’s a cartoon that is expanding with new bilingual content from ages 4-7 however my daughter whom is 8 and my littlest son whom is 2 totally loved it. It features the comic misadventures of Noah, a young boy staying with his grandmother in a community where almost no one else speaks English. As he tries to learn Spanish and makes new friends, misunderstandings land him in wacky predicaments, but he always manages to rebound and cheerfully learn from his mistakes. New animated videos and games are now online for you’re little ones to play with. Click here

We watched “Making a Splash” episode and it was such a great learning experience for my little ones. We are a bilingual family. I speak to my kids in what I call “spanglish” 🙂 so having them learn proper spanish terms and words is such a great thing for them. Knowing more then one languages is something so good for them. I sat through the whole cartoon, and thought it was great. I totally recommend checking out this new PBS digital series. Check your local listings. Oh Noal! will also be mobile-friendly and accessible through smartphones and tablets making it easy for kids to take this new series with them on-the-go.
