Summa Time Dip

Summer Time is the best time.

San Diego, is the perfect place to be in the summer time. We are so fortunate to have the beach near by, we have many trips there. It’s so awesome to throw on some shorts, tank top and flip flops and have a good time. When I think of summer time, I think of delicious fresh meals, ceviche, aguas fresca, ice cream, fresh fruit. I made this super easy dip, over the 4th of July weekend. My hubby and kids loved it, they’ve been begging me to make it again. I love easy recipes, especially for all those busy parents that are always on the go. I hope you love it as much, as we do.

Ingredients
  1. 8 ounces Stonyfield: organic whole milk yogurt
  2. 1 packet ranch seasoning
  3. 1 can of whole kernel corn {drained}
  4. 1 red bell pepper {finely diced}
  5. 1 jalapeño finely diced {you can add more or leave seeds for more spice} I took the seeds out 🙂
Instructions
  1. Mix everything into a bowl. Serve with crackers or chips. I loved this dip with {Late July Organic Snacks Sea Salt by the Seashore Multigrain Tortilla Chips}
Notes
  1. Keep in mind, that the longer the dip sets in, the more water the vegetables will release.
