Living a green/ sustainable life is great. You feel good about what you’re doing and honestly, you’re so passionate about it, that you share it with everyone you come across with.
Living in Pennslyvania has definitely helped me with living a greener life. Life out here compared to California is so different. For example, we purchase our meats from a local Amish meat market as well as fruit and vegetables. It feels good to shop local and to know that everything is organic. I’ve recently switched many other products we used to use and now use a more natural brand. Tom’s of Maine is one of them, my daughter started using deodorant she’s 10 and came up to me and said: “mom why do my armpits stink?” I laughed and told her that she is getting older and well when you sweat well it starts to stink. Which brings me to talk about Tom’s of Maine kids deodorants its formulated just for kids! Made with fragrance specifically designed for boys and girls, Wicked Cool!™ it provides kids with 24-hour odor protection and is free of aluminum, parabens, and artificial fragrances. My daughter tends to shower every night so this works amazing and she’s ready to go for the next day. She has been loving this deodorant and even comes home and says “mom, I don’t even stink” hehe.
I also have been using their fresh mint toothpaste and I can honestly say I feel a difference in my teeth. I want to try their Simply White toothpaste in combination with active charcoal. I’ll keep you all updated on that one.
Lastly, we went shopping and stocked up on our Stonyfield. Feel’s so good to be home and eating good stuff and we finally ate Stonyfield ice cream !! Have you all tried it ?? OMG if you haven’t you’re totally missing out. This stuff is AMAZING!!! I ate half a pint and my son ate the rest…. he begged to have it. hehe. Love both these brands, they are the bomb dot com.
