Pay it Forward.

I have been blessed to be part of the Stonyfield Team. Throughout the years they’ve proven time after time to be one of the greatest companies I have worked for, thus far. This Holiday season Stonyfield gave me a $50 dollar gift certificate to “Pay it Forward”. Are they not super awesome.

My brother recently became a staff volunteer for the Montgomery County Department of Human Services and Family Services, Inc. That provides accessible services to at-risk children and their families to improve adjustment to and performance in school, home, and community. Prevention and early intervention services include health, mental health, social services and educational support. The majority of the kids are Spanish speakers and so he’s been helping with translating for the parents during Parent-Teacher Conferences. Which staff and parents really appreciate.

So, my brother and I came together and purchased clothes for these kids, we used the entire $50 plus then some. I was so happy that we could be a blessing to a few kids. The feeling you get inside your heart and soul to know you have done something good. Feels amazing. I encourage you to “Pay it forward” whenever you get a chance. I promise you will not only will you be a blessing to that other person but you will feel great about it. God will bless you ten times more. Huge, Thank You to Stonyfield for having such a big heart and giving back to the community through us Bloggers.

Tommee Tippee comfi neck bib. #tommeemommee

Holiday’s are right around the corner. I have a few of my friends and family members that are currently pregnant or already had their bundle of joy. Finding the perfect gifts are always a must for me. I have my munchkins and through it all, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t. Not saying what worked for me will work for others, but they are items that I absolutely love.

One of those items is the Tommee Tippee comfi bibs. The first thing that will stand out to you will be the softness of the material. They are made from two layers of cotton/polyester terry cloth (which is amazing because terry cloth is very absorbent). What makes this bib unique is that they had to study how babies drink/ eat and just know how to create a practical bib. The spongy ring along the neck of the bib has extra padding to catch any drool or spills while drinking or eating.

This spongy ring prevents that yummy (just kidding) smell under your babies neck as well as rashes. This bib is so practical and amazing. I absolutly love it and purchased a set for my cousin and my best friend.

Hello Fall ! with Crafters & Co. #LoveHallmark

Crafters & Co.

Fall has got to be my favorite season of the year. Now that we live in Pennslyvania and we are able to enjoy all the seasons and I can honestly say Fall is by far my favorite. I love seeing all the trees changing colors. It’s such a beautiful sight to see. Along, with leaves changing there is also something we all love that comes back in season. Which is PUMPKIN… ah, pumpkin everything.

Hallmark sent me a few fall-scented Crafters & Co. products to put my house to get me into the fall spirit and I am absolutely loving everything.

They sent their Weathered Bronze Flair Warmer. I just love how pretty it looks once it’s lite up. I used 1 melt just because I don’t want to run out. hehe. I received three different fall inspired scents. Celebrate Fall, Harvest Wreath, Pumpkin Spice my ultimate favorite, just because I love all things pumpkin. Each one smells amazing. As soon, as they started to melt it just made my entire room smell so yummy. It has really put me in the fall spirit. I just love this season so much.

Lastly, they sent me a 16 oz. the candle has 2 wicks and is said to burns up to 55 hours. This soy-based candle is poured in America and its aroma is a buttery pastry topped with ripe, freshly sliced apples, sweet brown sugar, cinnamon and rich caramel. It’s just like the melts except this one is a jar full of it. Makes a perfect gift.
