Way’s I soothe little Edward #tommeetippeemommee

My little Edward is a cuddler, I think it all started when I breastfed him. Fast forward 18 months, he is now weaned but still loves to cuddle for naps and when we are getting ready for bedtime. He drinks almond milk in his Tommee Tippee Bottle, with a little bit of ovaltine. This is one way I soothe him.

Another way, is massaging his little back. He will grab my hand and place it on his back, a way of letting me know he wants me to massage him. I believe all kids want to feel a parents warm in order to feel safe. Speaking from experience, all my kids have different way of showing that.

Another thing that soothes my little Edward is placing one of his hands between my breast, I also think this has to do with being a breast-fed baby. He holds his bottle with one hand and places the other on my breast. It’s the cutest thing ever. (I’m sure all my breastfeeding moms, can relate)

Tommee Tippee has sold over over 4 million pacifiers. They help soothe babies, they come in super cute prints and colors. As many of you may know by now. Tommee Tippee is my favorite brand for these things. Their bottles are the only ones the boys ever took, all the other ones they did not like.

Some fun facts about Tommee Tippee Pacifiers are :

  • Symmetrical Orthodontic Shape
  • Reversible Silicone Nipple design
  • BPA FREE

These new pacifiers are a newer version of the older style. They come 0-3 months, 0-6 months and 6-18 month.  The nipple is soft, I can see how a baby would love this. My sister-in-law is having a girl. YAY!!! So I’ve been buying her some Tommee Tippee bottles and Pacifiers little by little. These will be added for new baby. I can’t wait to hear, how my niece will like these. Everything Tommee Tippee is amazing to me, so I’m sure she will take them just fine. PicMonkey Collage

I Love my Boba Air {Giveaway}

Just when you thought Boba was the bomb. They come out with yet another amazing carrier, The Boba Air. ” This is the reason why I love you Boba” They made a simple to use ultra lightweight carrier, perfect  for travelers or any parent on the go – when you’re done, just fold, zip & stash away in your regular/diaper bag. The BobaAir is intended for children 15-45lbs. It comes in three different colors of your choice (black, white, blue).

Boba Review read on it on SewFatty.com

The difference between the 3G and Air are the fact that the Air is for a quick easy assembly. The Boba 3G is made with padding and the thicker material structure. The Boba Air is made of Nylon fabric which makes it very lightweight and more breathable. (Especially for areas that are very hot – like Texas) It includes a sleeping hood and a large pocket to store you hood in when not in use. I use the hood while breastfeeding, or to hold Edwards head from going back. The boba air holds babies from 7-45lbs.

Little Edward loves being carried, he normally falls asleep soon after being on my back. My husband thinks its so awesome and cute that he loves to be on my back. Its a sense of security, I guess. Not to mention wearing him is the only way to get things done around the house and while out and about. So while I’m  doing chorus he gets a free ride and sure enough falls asleep. We used out boba air on our recent Christmas Trip to Arizona. My husband wore Edward on his back while shopping. I must say that the boba fits just like a glove on whom ever wears it. The straps are easily adjustable. It is comfortable and most importantly you are able to wear your baby close to while being comfy. We also took our 3G on our trip to Arizona & San Diego. My mom wore little Edward the entire time we were on my brothers ship, USS CARL VINSON, for his re-enlistment. Everyone was looking at her and some even asked ” is that a baby in there”? 🙂 They couldn’t believe it. Boba saved us from having to carry little Edward in our arms – you all moms know that gets very tiring. We couldn’t take a stroller because on the ship there is small spaces to walk through and tons of stairs to claim. So thank you BOBA you made it easy for us to be on a US NAVY SHIP.

Boba is US NAVY approved :) read on it on SewFatty.com
