 Mom to Mom

As you all may already know, we are a cloth diapering family. I believe there is a time and place for everything. We are currently moving from Texas to California.  So these diapers couldn’t of come at a better timing. Mom to Mom brand are affordable disposable diapers. You can find them at your local Safeway store.  Mom to Mom

Being that we are in the middle of moving. I do not have a washer and dryer set up . So, there has been no time to wash or anything. I love how Safeway understands moms needs. Mom to Mom is offered at a value to help families save more and spend less.

What makes these diapers better then the “other ” brands ? They are have a cottony soft outer cover and are Soft Hypoallergenic Liner that contains Vitamin E and Aloe. For babies with sensitive skin, these are perfect. I have a super active baby, and they are just perfect for him. He is a little chubby and these have a soft stretchable waist and side panel to wrap your baby in comfort. Overall these diapers are affordable, convenient to buy especially if you’re moving like me. You can stop by your local Safeway and snag some for a great price. Again, I am a cloth diapering parent but I also know when disposable diapers are called for, and in this case they came to my rescue. We used these diapers for little Edward and Ashton, so I say the size range is pretty good. Little Edward is 11 mths and Ashton is 27 mths. So maybe that can give you all a visual this roomy size. Overall we liked these diapers, we will definitely be getting some for the road.

Life Happens…

These days I  feel as though I can’t catch a break anywhere. There is not enough time in a day to get it all done. I feel exhausted, running on ‘zero’ sleep, I feel like ever day for me is a catch up day. My vision is to have a clean house all the time, and just be able to sit down and relax every once in a while, but it’s the total opposite. Cleaning and chorus is honestly a never-ending story there is always something to be washed or cleaned. My mom has this saying in spanish ” que la casa, se caiga pero tu descansa” translation “let the house be, and get some rest”. I find that very hard to do, because I do not like seeing the house dirty. Whenever bam bam or Edward are asleep and I have “free time”, I find myself  trying to catch up with the house, but I never just sit. So a few days ago, I was listening to a christian song and realized that I need to calm down, relax and enjoy things at the moment. In life we have seasons, my season right now is caring for my little munchkins {we will of course do this for the rest of our lives. What I mean by this is, having to nurse Edward, cuddling with them, making breakfast – you know! all the mommy things} In due time my life will change, the kids will make their own food, the house will finally stay clean, and I’ll finally have some ‘ME’ time. In the mean time I need to enjoy the beautiful moments with my munchkins, life happens to quickly and  I will not be able to re-live them again.

So, if you find yourself feeling this way. I have a few words for you. Take it easy, relax, housework is a never-ending story {it’s totally overrated 🙂  haha} and enjoy living in the moment.

YOLO !!!

Ashton at 20 months !!

My Little Ashton at 20 months old, its a goal of mine to keep track of their age according to their pictures. I want to be able to look back at these post and remember how sweet my little bam bam was at this age, or what we did. Life happens and we forget some special moments, not intentionally but just because we are too busy and I want to be able to remember all of them. Even if its writing them on a blog post.

Ashton’s first time trying Nutella, he loved it so much he wanted ” mas “.935078_407577919362394_1681229571_n
